Reimbursements refer to the process of compensating employees for out-of-pocket expenses they have incurred on behalf of their employer or expenses related to their job duties.
To view the reimbursement payslip, the employee must perform the following steps:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Salary > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
- Click the Reimb. Payslip tab to view the reimbursement payslip.
- From the Month dropdown list, select the required month for which you want to view the payslip.
Note: Click the Download icon to download the reimbursement payslip.
