How can employee view their reimbursement payslip?

Reimbursements refer to the process of compensating employees for out-of-pocket expenses they have incurred on behalf of their employer or expenses related to their job duties. 


To view the reimbursement payslip, the employee must perform the following steps:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Salary > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
  2. Click the Reimb. Payslip tab to view the reimbursement payslip. 
  3. From the Month dropdown list, select the required month for which you want to view the payslip.

Note: Click the Download icon to download the reimbursement payslip.
