How can employees view their reimbursement statements?

Reimbursements are introduced by the company in the salary structure to repay an employee any money he/she has spent for official purposes and to reduce employee income tax. 


To view the reimbursement statement, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Salary Reimbursement. The Reimbursement page opens. 
  2. Click the My Claims tab. The My Claims section appears.
  3. Click the Draft button to view all the drafted reimbursement claims.
  4. Click the Pending button to view all the pending reimbursement claims.
  5. Click the History button to view all the completed/closed reimbursement claims.
