A reimbursement payslip is a document provided to employees to show reimbursements or expense claims that have been approved and processed by the employer.
To view and download the current month’s reimbursement payslip, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS Home page, click Salary > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
- From the Month dropdown list, select the current month. Under the Reimb. Payslip tab, you can view your current month’s reimbursement payslip.
- Click the Download icon to download the payslip. The current month’s reimbursement payslip downloads in pdf format.
