Letters refer to written messages or communications that are typically sent between individuals, organizations, or institutions. They serve as a formal means of correspondence, conveying information, making requests, providing explanations, expressing opinions, or initiating discussions.
To download the letters, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Document Center. The Document Center page opens.
- Under the Request, on the Letters card, click View All. The Letters section appears.
- Under the Jump To option, select Location Transfer Letter2/Upload test2/Address Proof Letter/Sample/Appointment Order as per your requirements.
- Click the Download icon to download the selected letters.
