Personal documents refer to various types of paperwork or records that contain personal information about an individual. These documents are typically used for identification, legal purposes, or record-keeping.
To download personal documents from the mobile application, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Documents. The Document Center screen appears.
- Tap the Documents card. The card expands and displays a list of documents such as Experience, Qualification, and Address.
- Select the required document. For example, Experience. The Experience screen opens.
- Tap the Download button available on the card. The Select file(s) to download pop-up appears.
Note: If there are multiple documents in the experience category, a pop-up appears with an option to select a particular document. - Select the required file which you want to download.
- Tap the Download button to download the selected document.
