Letters refer to written messages or communications that are typically sent between individuals, organizations, or institutions. They serve as a formal means of correspondence, conveying information, making requests, providing explanations, expressing opinions, or initiating discussions.
To download letters such as appointment letters, notice period letters, offer letters, and address proof letters, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Documents. The Document Center screen appears.
- Tap the Letters card. The card expands and displays a list of available letters.
- Select the required letter. For example, Appointment Order. The Appointment order screen opens.
- Tap the Download button available on the Appointment Order card to download the appointment letter.
