How can employee view insurance details of their family members?

Insurance details of an employee's family members refer to the information related to the insurance coverage or policies held by the employee's immediate family members, such as their spouse, children, or dependents.


To view the insurance details of their family members, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, on the Home page, click View My Info. The Employee Information page opens.
  2. Click the Insurance Details tab. The section displays each family’s insurance information such as Insurance Provider, Policy Number, Sum Insured, Issue Date, and Expiry Date.
