Nomination details pertain to the essential information related to an employee's nomination of beneficiaries for various benefits, including but not limited to life insurance, provident fund, and gratuity.
To view your family’s nomination details in the ESS portal, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to View My Info. The Employee Information page opens.
- Click Family. There is a tab available for each family member. Each family member’s tab displays Nomination details for EPF, ESI (if applicable), and Gratuity.
Note: You can also view the graphical representation of nomination percentage for EPF, ESI, & Gratuity under the Nominations tab.
