How can admin generate Anniversary Report?

HR departments collect and maintain certain personal details of employees, including birth dates, marriage information, and joining date anniversaries for the purpose of recognizing and celebrating important milestones or events. 


They gather this information during the onboarding process or throughout an employee's tenure with the organization. 


To generate the Anniversary Report of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Anniversary Report. The Anniversary Report form opens.
  3. Select From dropdown list, select the from date.
  4. Select To dropdown list, select the to date.
  5. From the Type dropdown list, select the relevant Anniversary type.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Select Employee Transition.
  8. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.

  9. Click Save to save the changes.
  10. Click Generate to generate the Anniversary Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
