How can admin customize the payroll header?

Customizing the payroll header refers to the process of tailoring or personalizing the header section of a payroll document or report to meet specific requirements or preferences.


To customize the payroll header, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Miscellaneous Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
  2. Under the Caption column, select the Use Html Page Layout for Payslip Header check box.
  3. Click Save to save the settings.
    Alternatively, you can search for Use Html Page Layout for Payslip Header using the Search box.
  4. Navigate to System Settings > Miscellaneous Page Layouts. The Page Layouts page opens.
  5. From the Page dropdown list, select the required category.
  6. Drag the fields from the Fields column on the right side of the screen to the space provided on the left side of the screen. 
  7. Click Save to save the changes.
    Note: The changes done in the payroll header displays in payslips.
