Customizing the payroll header refers to the process of tailoring or personalizing the header section of a payroll document or report to meet specific requirements or preferences.
To customize the payroll header, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
- Under the Caption column, select the Use Html Page Layout for Payslip Header check box.
- Click Save to save the settings.
Alternatively, you can search for Use Html Page Layout for Payslip Header using the Search box. - Navigate to System Settings > Miscellaneous > Page Layouts. The Page Layouts page opens.
- From the Page dropdown list, select the required category.
- Drag the fields from the Fields column on the right side of the screen to the space provided on the left side of the screen.
- Click Save to save the changes.
Note: The changes done in the payroll header displays in payslips.
