How can admin customize settlement preferences?

Payroll Preferences is the settings and configurations of a payroll system to meet the specific needs and requirements of a company or organization.


To customize settlement preferences, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings Payroll Payroll Preferences. The Payroll Preferences page opens.
  2. Under the Settlement section, from the Pay Type For Settled Employees dropdown list, select the settled employees' pay type.
  3. From the Settlement payslip format dropdown list, select the payslip format.
  4. In the Settlement Payslip Download Filename section, enter the PrefixEmployee Context, and Suffix as per your requirements.
  5. Click Save to customize settlement preferences. A success message appears.
