How can admin enable the option to display salary as per current financial year?

Customizing the settings and configurations of a payroll system allows companies or organizations to tailor it to their unique needs and requirements.

The Payroll Preferences page in greytHR allows you to customize your payroll processing options as per your company policies.


To enable the option to display the salary as per the current financial year, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > Payroll Preferences. The Payroll Preferences page opens.
  2. Under the Employee Declarations heading, select Show current unreleased salary for newly joined employees to plan their IT Savings.
  3. Click Save to enable the option to show the salary as per the current financial year.
