An employee's Provident Fund (PF) Year-to-Date (YTD) statement provides a summary of their PF contributions and withdrawals during a specific period. The PF YTD statement of a month is available only after admin releases the payslip for that particular month.
To release payslips to the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
- Select the relevant payroll month.
- Click Release to release payslip to the employees. The system releases the payslip for the employees.
