The Year-to-Date (YTD) statement provides a cumulative summary of an individual's income and deductions from the beginning of the current financial year up to the present date.
The PF YTD statement displays the employee's PF deductions made from their salary throughout the financial year, as well as the contributions made by the employer to the employee's PF account.
To view and download your previous year’s PF YTD statement, perform the following actions:
- On your Home page, click Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports page opens.
- From the Year dropdown list, select the previous year. Under the PF YTD Statement tab, you can view your previous year’s PF YTD statement.
- Click the Download icon to download the statement. The previous year’s PF YTD statement downloads in pdf format.
