How can admin generate ESI - Monthly Summary Report?

Employee State Insurance (ESI) is a social security and health insurance scheme provided by the government of India. Under the ESI scheme, both employees and employers contribute a percentage of the employee's wages to the ESI fund. 


To generate ESI - Monthly Summary Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter ESI - Monthly Summary Report. The ESI - Monthly Summary Report form opens.
  3. From the Employee Category dropdown list, select the relevant category.
  4. Select Include employees who have left the organization, if required.
  5. Click Options to customize the report further.
  6. Click Save to save the customizations.
  7. Click Generate to generate the ESI - Monthly Summary Report.
