How can admin generate settlement report?

Employee settlement is the process of formally ending the employment relationship between the employer and an employee.


To generate Settlement Report, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Settlement Reports. The Settlement Reports form opens.
  3. Select the Current Month/All Months (In this financial year)/Date Range option.
  4. From the Sort By dropdown list select the required order.
  5. Click Options to customize the report.
  6. Click Generate to generate the Settlement Reports.
