To enable your greytHR account you must clear all the outstanding payments. Even when an account is disabled, we ensure to maintain the site, other infrastructures, and the data. Hence, a bill is generated for the URL cost, server maintenance cost, database backup cost, and so on. These invoices need to be settled before the service is enabled.
