The employee confirmation is the process by which an employer verifies and acknowledges an employee's successful completion of a probationary period or initial period of employment.
To track the closed confirmation activities, the manager must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to To do > Review. The Review page opens.
- Under EMPINFO, click Confirmation. The Active and Closed tab opens.
- Under Closed tab, select the required confirmation application.
- Click View Details option. The Confirmation Timeline appears and displays the complete details of the selected confirmation.
