How can admin view information of all the invoices, payments, and amounts due?

Invoices are documents issued by a service provider to a customer to request payment for the services. Invoices are crucial to both as they provide a clear record of the transaction and serve as supporting documentation for accounting purposes. It is important to maintain accurate and organized invoicing practices to ensure smooth financial operations and facilitate timely payment processing.

To view the information on the invoices, the admin must perform the following actions:

  • From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > My Accounts > Invoices. The Invoices page opens and displays the invoice details.
    Alternatively, you can also navigate to the Settings icon > My Accounts > Payments
    .
