What information does the Invoice tab offer and what information does the Payments tab offer in greytHR PRO?

The Invoices feature in greytHR PRO provides a centralized platform for Payroll Service Provider (PSP) admins to efficiently manage all invoicing and payment needs. 


  • The Invoices tab centralizes invoicing tasks, allowing admins to handle everything in one place. The tab displays detailed information about billed invoices, including itemized charges and services provided to clients, as well as an overview of the balance due and tax invoice details.


  • The Payment tab in greytHR PRO Invoices allows admins to view payments made by them against billed invoices. By selecting the Payment tab, the admins can view the payment details page. The admins can use the Search payments search box to find specific payments and the Calendar icon to select the month for which they want to view payment details.
