Yes. The admin can edit the existing company policy and also upload the new policy file. Company policies are formal guidelines and rules that govern the behavior, actions, and expectations of employees within an organization.
To upload the new Company Policy file, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Setup > Company Policies & Forms. The Company Policies & Forms page opens.
- Under the Company Policies tab, select the company policy that you want to edit.
- Click the View/Edit button available on the selected policy. The Edit Company Policy form appears.
- In the Upload File text box, hover over the uploaded file, and you can find the Remove button. Click the Remove button to remove the uploaded file.
- Now, you can see the Add Attachment icon. Click the Add Attachment icon, and select the new/ recent PDF file from your local directory.
Note: Only odt and docx are the accepted file formats. - Click Submit to upload the new policy file.
