The admin can give edit access to the employees for the letters from greytHR's Letter Template page.
A letter is a written or printed communication addressed to a specific person or organization.
To provide edit access to the employees for letters, the admin can perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Setup > Letter Template. The Letter Template page opens.
- Click +New Letter Template if you want to give edit access to a new letter template. Click the Edit Template icon of any existing template if you want to give edit access to an existing letter template. Step 1: General Information page opens.
- Go to Custom Fields. Select the Field Name, Field Label, Type, Required, and List Values as per the requirements. Under Allow Employee Edit, select the check box. Selecting this check box gives edit access to the employees.
