How can admin configure leave reviewer settings?

Leave reviewer settings is the process of customizing the settings and preferences related to the review and approval process of employee leave requests.


To configure leave reviewer settings, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings Miscellaneous Advanced Options.
  2. From the Section dropdown list, select the All option.
  3. From the Search box, search and select the Leave Reviewers and Levels From Workflow Settings option.
  4. Click Save to configure the leave reviewer settings.

Note: Before you enable this option ensure all the pending leave applications are accepted/rejected as per your requirements. 

After enabling the  Leave Reviewers and Levels From Workflow Settings option, you can now set the reviewers' workflow for leave-related transactions. To learn how to create a Leave workflow, click here.
