Where can the employee find the Labour Welfare Fund slab details on greytHR?

The Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) is a statutory fund mandated by certain jurisdictions to provide welfare benefits and facilities to workers. These policies outline the rules, regulations, and procedures governing the administration and utilization of the LWF.


To find LWF slab details, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. On the greytHR admin Home page, click Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > LWF Policies. The LWF Policies page opens.
  2. From the State dropdown list, select the relevant state.
  3. The Effective Date is auto-populated.
  4. The Contribution frequency and Contribution Start Month are displayed on the LWF Policies page. The page displays the slab details.
