How can admin activate the LWF contribution for the employee?

Labour Welfare Fund is a statutory contribution fund in India established by various state governments to promote the welfare of workers and provide them with social security benefits. 


To activate the labour welfare fund (LWF) contribution for the employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Bank/PF/ESI. The Bank/PF/ESI page opens.
  2. From the Search by Emp No/ Name search box, search for the employee whose LWF contribution you want to activate.
  3. In the Labour Welfare Fund card, click the Edit icon. The card expands
  4. Select Employee is covered under LWF option using the checkbox to activate the labour welfare fund (LWF) contribution for the selected employee.
