Where can admin view LWF component in employee’s salary structure?

The Labour Welfare Fund improves conditions with contributions from employers and employees, providing benefits like medical aid, education support, housing schemes, and recreation. It promotes well-being and harmony in the labor force.


To view the LWF component in an employee’s salary structure, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll Payroll Inputs > Salary. The Salary page appears.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose LWF component values you want to view. 
  3. In the Search by component search box, enter LWF. The LWF-related details appear under the Component Name column.
