The Labour Welfare Fund improves conditions with contributions from employers and employees, providing benefits like medical aid, education support, housing schemes, and recreation. It promotes well-being and harmony in the labor force.
To view the LWF component in an employee’s salary structure, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Salary. The Salary page appears.
- From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose LWF component values you want to view.
- In the Search by component search box, enter LWF. The LWF-related details appear under the Component Name column.
