How can admin view and add letter template on greytHR?

A letter template consists of pre-designed formatting, structure, and content elements of a typical letter, allowing users to customize and utilize it for creating new letters rapidly and efficiently.


To view and create a template in the template gallery, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Setup > Letter Template. The Letter Template page opens.

  2. Click the Template Gallery tab. Ready-to-use templates appear.

  3. Select the required template card and click Preview Template. The pop-up appears.

  4. Click +Add To My Templates button. The Add Letter Template pop-up appears.

  5. Click Confirm to add the selected template to your letter templates.
