How can admin manage organization's assets?

Managing assets or asset groups refers to the process of organizing and overseeing the various assets owned or used by an organization. 


To manage the organization's assets, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Assets Management > Asset Management. The Asset Management page opens.
  2. Click the Overview tab. A list of assets appears. 

  3. Click available next to the relevant group name to view the list of assets available under the required group.
  4. In the Description column, click to view the list of individual assets under a particular asset group.

  5. The Register tab displays the list of all the assets individually. Click the Edit icon available to edit the required asset details.

    • You can use the filters available to narrow down the list of assets visible in the list.
    • To add a new asset, click Add Asset.
    • To download asset details as a report, click Export to Excel.
