The bulletin board is a communication feature that enables employers to share vital information with their employees. It serves as a centralized platform for conveying important announcements, updates, and other relevant information.
It may display a variety of materials, such as company policies, safety guidelines, upcoming events, employee recognition, training opportunities, and any other news or notices that are pertinent to the workforce.
To send bulletin board messages to your employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Admin > Bulletin Board. The Bulletin Board page opens. Alternatively, you can also open the Bulletin Board page by searching for Add Bulletin Board using the Search Actions search box.
- Click Add Bulletin. The form appears.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the required category.
- In the Rank textbox, enter the rank of the bulletin message.
- From the Start Date and Expiry Date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
- In the Title textbox, enter the title of the message.
- In the Content description box, enter the required content.
- Click Upload. The dialog box appears.
- Browse to the required file, select the file and click Open to upload.
- From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the required option. You can also create a new filter by clicking + sign available next to Employee Filter.
- Click Save to send bulletin board messages to your employees.
