Employee onboarding is the process that includes several steps to ensure that new employees are smoothly integrated into the company and provided with the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
To notify an employee that the onboarding form is verified, perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Review > Employee Onboarding. The Employee Onboarding page opens.
- Under the Active tab, click the employee’s name. The employee’s card expands.
- Click Verify. The Verify Employee Onboarding page opens.
- On the Verify Employee Onboarding page, using Accept/Reject option, verify each information individually.
- Post verification, click Submit. You must either Accept/Reject the information under each section to submit the verification. Submit pop-up appears.
- Select the Notify employee to notify the employee.
- Click Yes to complete the verification and send an e-mail notification to the employee. An email notification is sent to the employee, notifying them of the verification.
