How can admin edit onboarding form submitted by an employee?

Reviewing employee onboarding details involves examining and evaluating the information and processes related to an employee's onboarding experience within an organization. 


To edit an onboarding form submitted by an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Review > Employee Onboarding. The Employee Onboarding page opens.
  2. Under the Active tab, click on the onboarding form you want to edit.
  3. Click Verify to open the onboarding form. The Verify Employee Onboarding page opens.
  4. Click the Edit icon adjacent to the information you want to modify. Edit information pop-up appears.
  5. Fill in all the information.
  6. Click Save to edit the employee's information.
