The admin can edit the employee onboarding information only if they are the reviewer for a particular employee.
To edit an employee's onboarding information, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Review > Employee Onboarding. The Employee Onboarding page opens.
- Under the Active tab, click on the onboarding form you want to edit.
- Click Verify to open the onboarding form. The Verify Employee Onboarding page opens.
- Click the Edit icon adjacent to the information you want to modify. Edit information pop-up appears.
- Fill in all the information.
- Click Save to edit the employee's information.
