IT declaration process collects investment declarations from employees at the start of the financial year. It helps accurately calculate and deduct the correct income tax amount from their salary, ensuring compliance and precise tax deductions.
To view the list of employees, who have declared their IT declaration, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > Employee IT Declaration. The Employee IT Declaration page opens.
- Under the Consider Declarations tab, from the Status drop-down list, select the status as Considered. The page displays the list of employees who have declared their IT declaration.
