Employee's previous employment refers to the period of time an individual has worked for one or more employers before their current job. It includes any past job positions, companies, or organizations where the employee was employed.

On the Previous Employment page, you can view an employee’s work history. The page displays the following two information cards:

  1. Total Experience: The Total experience card displays the total number of years an employee has worked for any organization or domain.
  2. Relevant Experience: The Relevant Experience card displays the employee’s work experience related to the present roles and responsibilities in the current organization.
