As per the latest directive from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, submitting bank account and Aadhaar details is mandatory while filing PF returns. Collecting these documents from the employees individually and manually can be a time-consuming process.

As an admin, you can send a notification to employees via SMS and Email for submitting their Aadhaar and bank account details. After initiating the data drive, a pop-up appears on the selected employees’ ESS portal.
