How can admin view employee’s approved vaccination certificate?

A vaccination certificate verifies immunization, promoting public health and safety. Issued by authorized healthcare providers or government agencies, it may be necessary for travel, employment, or access to certain facilities.


To view the approved vaccination certificate, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee Information Employee Documents. The Employee Documents page opens. 
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose vaccination certificate you want to view.
  3. Under the Documents tab, from the Category dropdown list, select Vaccination Certificate. A list of certificates is displayed. You can view and download the selected employee’s vaccination certificate.
