Collecting employees' essential data typically entails creating a secure and centralized storage system, such as a shared network folder or a cloud-based platform.
The Data Drive page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to collect employees’ essential data such as Aadhar Card, Bank Details, and Vaccination Details.
To send reminders to the employees for submitting the data drive, perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Employee > Admin > Data Drive. The Data Drive page opens.
- Click the Aadhaar Card/Bank Details/Vaccination Details tab as per your requirements. The respective tab expands.
- From the Status dropdown list, select the status as Pending Employee Action. List of employees who have not submitted the data drive yet, displays.
- Use the Employee and Employee Filter dropdown list to filter the list of employees as per your requirements
- Select the check box adjacent to the Employee Name, select the employees whose information you want to collect.
- Click Send Reminder to send the reminder data drive. Based on your selection, the respective Drive pop-up appears.
- Click Confirm to send reminders to the selected employees. A success message appears. A reminder is now sent to the selected employees via SMS and email.
