How can admin view forms available in task?

The HR & Finance departments undertake recurring activities, coordinate between multiple stakeholders, follow-ups, and manual intervention, at all touchpoints. Most of the time, it gets challenging to remember every task that must be performed or assigned to someone. This process leads to a stressed and burnt-out HR team, rendering the team inefficient. When an event triggers the checklist, you can view the forms under the tasks.

 To view the forms available in a task, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Home Tasks. The Tasks page opens.
  2. From the list of tasks available on the Tasks page, select a task. The selected task pop-up appears.
  3. In the pop-up, You can view a new tab called Form. This tab is available only if there is a form attached to the task.
    The task owners can fill the information in the form, save and mark the task complete as well.
