How can admin initiate the PMS review?

Skills2Talent is a suitable player since 2013 in the people performance management domain and offers different PMS (Performance Management System) products. This uniquely differentiated products portfolio includes SMB PMS, enterprise PMS, and OKR PMS (OKR Stars™).


To initiate the PMS review, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. In the skills2talent portal, on Admin Dashboard, under TALENT MANAGEMENT, click Performance Review Cycle Management. The Performance Review Cycle page opens.
  2. Select the cycle name under which you want to assign the employees. The cycle dashboard opens.
  3. From the left navigation, click Map content section weights & Grp.
  4. Click Click to add new Target Emp Group for Cycle.
  5. From the Select Group dropdown list, select the required group of employees.
  6. Under the column Objectives & Goals Content Section Weight, enter the weight 80%.
  7. Under the column Job Specific Competencies Content Section Weight, enter the weight 20%.
  8. Click Insert to initiate the PMS Review.
