How can admin track employees' tax regime changes?

Tax regime refers to the set of rules, regulations, and policies established by the government to govern the collection, assessment, and administration of taxes within a particular jurisdiction.

The admin can view the employees' tax regime in the income iax statement of the respective month. 

To generate the income tax statement, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.

  2. Using the search box, search for Income Tax Statement. The form appears.

  3. From the IT Statement As On dropdown list, select the required payroll month.

  4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.

  5. Click Options to customize the report.

  6. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the output type of report.

  7. Click Save to save the customization.

  8. Click Generate to generate and view the regime changes in the IT statement.
