How can admin download configured employee categories?

Employee category refers to the classification or categorization of employees based on certain criteria or characteristics. 


To download the configured employee categories, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings Employee Employee Position. The Employee Position page opens.
  2. Click the Export to Excel button to download the employee categories information in excel format.
