How can admin manage employees payslips using greytHR?

Payslips are important for both employees and organizations as they provide detailed information about employee earnings, deductions, and taxes. 


To manage an employee’s payslips using greytHR, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll Payout > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
  2. Under the Payslip tab, select the Selected employees option.
  3. From the Category dropdown search box, search for the required category.
  4. In the Status dropdown search box, enter the status of the employee.
  5. From the Employee dropdown search box, search for the employee whose payslips you want to download.
  6. From the Employee filter dropdown list, filter the employee details.
  7. Select the employee using the checkbox available next to the employee's name.
  8. Select Consolidated Payslip as PDF / Multiple Payslip as Zip to download the payslip as per your requirements.
  9. To download the payslip in PDF format, click Download As PDF.
  10. Alternatively, you can click Send Email. The Send Payslip pop-up appears.
  11. To send payslips via email, click Confirm.
