Form 12BB is a statement used by salaried employees to claim tax deductions and benefits on investments and expenses. It must be submitted to the employer at the end of the financial year, along with supporting documentation. This form applies to all salaried taxpayers and requires employees to declare their investments and provide evidence of them.


As per the Income Tax rules, the employees must submit a hard copy of Form 12BB to the employer along with their signature.
