Attendance regularization refers to the process of adjusting and rectifying attendance records to account for any discrepancies, errors, or missing entries in the attendance data of employees.
The admin can review employees' attendance regularization requests on the Review: Attendance Regularization page.
To review attendance regularization request, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Review > Attendance Regularization. The page displays a list of application requests.
- From the Employee, List, and Applied Date dropdown filters, select the required options to customize the list of applications.
- Click the required application card. The card expands and displays information according to that particular page, such as employee details, application details, reason, and the name of the reviewer with whom the applications are pending.
Note: The admin can also download the application by clicking the Export Excel button. The report downloads in excel format.
