How can admin update Ministry of Labor (MOL) Id? (Applicable to ME)

Updating MOL ID refers to the process of modifying or changing the Ministry of Labor (MOL) identification number assigned to an employee in certain countries, particularly in the context of labor regulations and government systems.


To update the Ministry of Labor (MOL) Id, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Profile. The Employee Profile page appears.
  2. In the Search by Emp No/Name search box, enter the employee’s name or number whose ID you want to update.
  3. Under the Employee Identity section, click the Edit icon available on MOL Id. The section expands.
  4. In the MOL ID text box, update the MOL details.
  5. Click Save to update the details. A success message appears.
