Salary Revision Analytics refers to the analysis and examination of salary revisions or adjustments within an organization. It involves studying the data related to salary changes, comparing it over time or across different employee groups, and extracting insights to inform decision-making processes related to compensation.
The Salary Revision Analytics page displays the list of employees for whom an organization has revised/not revised salaries in the last 30 months. You can download this information as a report as well.
It also displays the Median and Longest Revision duration for which an organization has not revised employees' salaries.
