Yes, the admin can view the details of employees whose salary is not revised for the last 30 months.
Salary revision is the process of making changes or adjustments to the compensation of employees within an organization.
To view the details of employees whose salary is not revised for a period, the admin must perform the following actions,
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Information > Salary Revision Analytics. The Salary Revision Analytics page opens.
- Click the Not Revised button and drag the revision slider control for a required period. A list of the employees appears in the table with information such as Employee Number, Name, Experience, Designation, Department, Revised Salary, and Difference.
