How can admin rename the SAML SignOn Provider name?

SAML stands for Security Assertion Markup Language. It is an XML-based open standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between parties, particularly in the context of identity management. 


To rename the SAML SignOn Provider name, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
  2. On the Advanced Options page, in the Search box, enter Saml. A table appears.
  3. Double-click the Value text box next to the Saml SSO Provider Name and enter the required name.
  4. Click Save to rename the Saml Provider name.
