How can admin view the approved documents?

Employee documents are the files related to an employee and are required to be stored by the employer for compliance or other reasons. 


To view the approved documents, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Documents. The Employee Documents page opens.
  2. In the Search textbox, enter the required employee name/number.
  3. Click the Document tab to view the list of documents.
