How can admin disable existing claim template?

To disable an existing claim template, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings Claims Claim Template. The Claim Template page opens with a list of existing claim templates. 
  2. Select the required template. 
  3. Click the Edit icon to update the changes. A form appears. 
  4. Click the Configure tab. A list of cards appears. 
  5. Click ∨ arrow on the General card. The card expands.
  6. Deselect the Enable template checkbox to disable the existing claim template. 
  7. Click Save to disable an existing claim template.
